Women should feel safe, seen and supported at every level of the work.
I built Drama Queen Productions around that non-negotiable principle—whether women were behind the camera, on stage or shaping strategy.
In Pakistan, care often meant going beyond the production itself: personally coordinating transport, speaking with families to build trust and creating an environment where women could show up fully without fear.
During the pandemic, I pivoted the company toward women-led storytelling and creative employment. Today, I continue to produce live events, brand experiences and story-driven projects that connect with people across formats.
